*****CHRISTMAS BRUNCH 2016***** At the Christmas Brunch of 2016, members and friends had the pleasure of being entertained by John Guay, Vonnie Estes, of Two Bits String Band and joined by musicians, Nancy Bakemeir and Maurice Mercier at The Venue, Cohoes, NY. The band played traditional Quebecois Music. Bernard Ouimet also joined the group playing the spoons and singing.

*****CRAFT DEMONSTRATION***** The Fédération thanks Paul Ouimet for taking part in our program of February 21,2015. He demonstrated the technique of making braided rugs using eleven strands. He also spoke of how he had learned the technique from his neighbor Mrs. Hebert, who lived on the first floor. We had a small group, which proved beneficial, since those who wished to try the braiding had the opportunity to do so. |

Our members were entertained with French Christmas Carols by Fleur de Lys and enjoyed a delicious meal catered by Joe Forget of Waterford, New York.
